Additions:
Contents of table SCAR_ATITemplates will be loaded as ATI templates.
Contents of table SCAR_UIGraphic2D will be loaded as UIGraphic2Ds.
Contents of table SCAR_UIGraphic3D will be loaded as UIGraphic3Ds.
Also loads UIGraphics if specified.
